The design and construction of an expansive residential dwelling totalling approximately 6,000 square feet, containing 5 en-suite bedrooms, four reception rooms and a cinema; complete with separate leisure complex containing a swimming pool, gym, bar and changing rooms.
With an emphasis on sustainability, a high thermally efficient and airtight timber-framed structure gave way to the incorporation of multiple renewable technologies, in the form of air source heat pump low temperature underfloor heating, mechanical heat recovery ventilation air management system throughout, and solar thermal heating to the pool complex.
