The extension, structural alteration and complete refurbishment of a domestic dwelling for a private client, which required partially preserving an element of the existing building, whilst extending on three elevations, providing a new roof structure and cladding the original building façade with more modern brick and render materials.
The manufacture and installation of new external joinery, windows, doors and an oak front entrance porch, lead way to internal alterations that included new electrical and mechanical services to extended and adapted layouts, and internal finishes to a very high specification.
